OWNER & HEAD TECHNICIAN

Juan Hernandez is the owner and head technician at All American Lube and Automotive. After graduating from Bowie high school, Juan began his career as an automotive technician. With 25 + years of automotive experience, Juan is certified with MACS, ASE, and is licensed for state inspections.

Rick Lara

SHOP MANAGER

Rick Lara is the shop manager at All American Lube and Automotive. A Bel Air high school graduate, Rick's goal is to aid each customer with excellent customer service and great communication. With 20 + years in the automotive & customer service industry, Rick is dedicated to helping customers understand their vehicle needs.

Giovanni Hernandez

BRAKE & SUSPENSION SPECIALIST

Son of Juan Hernandez, Gio grew up loving to work on vehicles. Before graduating from El Paso's own Austin high school, Gio remembers late nights in the garage with his dad. Learning everything he could since 10 years old, Gio has become the shop's brake and suspension specialist.
